We practice exclusively in providing assistance resolving parenting disputes. We do not mediate property division or provide marriage/couples counselling. This is so you can be assured that our focus is promoting effective communication among parents, minimising the potential of emotional impact on children, and ultimately facilitating more child-centered solutions.
Child Inclusive Mediation
Child Inclusive Mediation is a specialised approach to resolving parenting disputes which places a strong emphasis on the well-being and voice of the children involved. In this process, a trained child consultant works with the children to allow the children’s perspectives and concerns to be heard and taken into account in the decision-making process.
